If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the item within 30 days for a complete merchandise refund or exchange. All returns must be unopened and in resalable conditions and contain the original packing material, manuals and blank warranty cards. Credit will not be granted for merchandise unsuitable for resale. Merchandise must be in original packing and is subject to inspection. Merchandise that has been marked, affixed with stickers, or with crushed packaging will not be accepted.
*Mio Medical Ltd will only pay return shipping costs if returned items were shipped in error, due to incorrect product information listed on our website. If order was placed and the return items in question were due to customer's error, Mio Medical Ltdp will not refund the initial shipping charges. Additional shipping charges for exchanges will apply.
Due to health, hygienic and safety regulations, products which relate to personal hygiene and self care are non-returnable. Products that come in contact with the body; can not be returned - they are single use patient items. No hygiene product can be returned if the package has been opened per Public Health Policy and per our policy.
All orders placed by 2:00 PM EST are shipped the same day (subject to stock availability). Due to size or weight, some items may require extra time for delivery.
